Born Nicole Yhicey Martinez, I've spent more than a decade working across fashion, media, entertainment, marketing, publishing, education and production. I've been the COO, the CMO, the CEO, the executive producer, the dean, the director of design and the head of wardrobe. I've hosted on TV and radio, cast models, produced runway shows and launched media brands.

That range taught me to see the whole picture of a business while understanding every piece it takes to make it work. I'm usually brought in when the vision is clear but the execution isn't, or when an operation has gotten too complicated to keep growing.

I don't stop at recommendations. I find what's actually blocking you, design the path forward, and put the people, systems and priorities in place to get it done.
